NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Crete, Nebraska will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 24th 2024, at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of citizens relating to the following proposed zoning and sign regulation changes. TO AMEND SECTION 11-820 OF THE CRETE MUNICIPAL CODE; TO LIMIT THE LENGTH OF TIME A GARAGE SALE SIGN MAY BE POSTED TO ONE WEEK The Planning Commission will conduct a regular session after the hearing to take action as needed.
