NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Crete, Nebraska will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 24th 2024, at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of citizens relating to the following proposed zoning and land use regulation changes. Amending Sections 11-211 And 11-512 of the Crete Municipal Code To Define Garage Sale and Occasional Sale; To Provide Restrictions On Home Occupations Regarding Garage Sale Frequency. The Planning Commission will conduct a regular session after the hearing to take action as needed. The agenda for the meeting is on file at the City Clerk’s Office.
