The registered agent is Ronald Sack. The general nature of its business is to engage in the ownership and management of a public benefit corporation organized to benefit individuals and communities who are economically disadvantaged by reason of their historic relationship to, or geographic location in, Guatemala and for related needs and it shall be operated exclusively for charitable and education purposes and to do any lawful act concerning any and all lawful business for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. The corporation was organized and commenced on July 31, 2024, and it shall be perpetual, unless terminated sooner. The corporation has no members. The affairs of the company are to be conducted by a Board of Directors to be appointed by the Incorporators, until such time as their successor or successors are selected pursuant to the Bylaws.
